You're familiar with the basics, right? You notice the truth. You can feel it, but just because you need to win a race in this delusional world that these unfamiliar, unknown people have created and encircled you with, you're just not allowing yourself to see it!
I find it easier to use myself as an example rather than using vague terms. I am in my mid-thirties, so people in their 30s can relate to this example. As I have reached mid-life, I anticipate that if my body continues to function normally and if I am fortunate enough to have a typical lifespan, I may live for another 35 to 40 years. However, as I age, I may experience various health issues. None of the conspiracy, the doubts, or the overthinking, from where I have spent most of my golden era of age, I would be getting back at any cost! No human can get those days back or possibly can change this reality part of their life. So why waste more time?
Now imagine yourself sitting in a quiet place and thinking, "Isn't today the day I used to go for my university classes? Isn't it the day I got a job and made plans for the future? Isn't it the day I got married or became a mother? And one fine morning, I realized that time had passed by so quickly, just like this, every single day! What should I do now? Should I just sit down and blame my fate? Dear friend, you are already living this reality. It's high time to start living your life and avoid the obvious to lead it nicely and to lead a nice, happy life, it is mandatory to AVOID THE OBVIOUS!
Remember to follow these suggestions to avoid unnecessary stress:
- Don't take on everyone's problems as your own.
- Speak whenever you feel like.
- Earn, Save, and Spend
- Create your comfort zone.
- Be your friend
- Do not share personal information with others.
- Stay away from toxic chatter, and don't dwell on it if you do get tangled.
- Don't let disappointments cloud your judgment.
- It's okay to forget things sometimes – it helps you relax.
- You can't please ungrateful people, no matter how kind you are.
- Don't spend all your time socializing – make time for yourself.
- Try yoga, meditation, exercise, and weight training.
- Watch some movies.
- Stay linked to your family.
- Travel when you can.
You only live once. Don't limit yourself too much! Hard work, earning well, and living a good life are important, but chasing after these at the expense of your time and health will not lead you anywhere! If not for ourselves, then for the happiness of the next generation! They will not only inherit wealth but also the stress and strain they saw us go through to achieve it. Give your family something to remember you by. Doing so will create positivity in your life.
